Windows 10 Hi-res screen display geometry problems

Dell Laptop Inspiron 7548 with resolution at 3840 x 2160 and 250% scaling per manufacturer recommendations.
Zeus 3.98b
A few of the dialogs and tabs are occluded or almost unreadable, particularly the main window

. Is there a later version that resolves these screen display issues ?

Unfortunately I do not have access to any hardware that allows for 250% scaling level
Zeus has only every been tested on the 100%, 125% and 150% DPI settings.
Is there a later version that resolves these screen display issues ?
The would be no Zeus version of Zeus that has been tested on type of monitor, so they would all fail.
In the next month or so I will see if I can get my hands on one of these 4k monitors.
