I suspect you have not run the full installer.

The files found here are just patch files and can not be used without first installing the software:

You need run the full installer found here: http://www.zeusedit.com/z300/ze32v397p.zip

But you will also need to delete this folder before running the installer:

C:\Users\<CurrentUser>\AppData\Roaming\Xidicone\Zeus

NOTE: <CurrentUser> above is you current user ID.
