When you do a file-save as, the save-as-types only includes 24 file types yet there are 39 document types in the document list under Options. I wanted to save a file as a cascading style sheet, CSS, and that type wasn't there so I have to save as "all files" and then put in the CSS. It's only a small inconvenience but it's confusing to have the document types in one place and not the other.

To add the CSS to file types list, select the Options, Document Types menu, edit the CSS document type and turn on the Display these files in the file open dialog types list option.
