In nearly all cases Zeus tries to make sure the paint messages are processed so Windows should not report Zeus as not responding.

Also for long operations, Zeus tries to keep the user informed by displaying feedback in the status bar.

You can also cancel any Zeus operation with the Abort keyboard function (i.e mapped to the Ctrl+Break keyboard keys).

Now, having said that, there may well be cases where this is not happening, in which case I suspect you have found a bug

Can you tell me which part of the Zeus functionality is causing the software to hang
