Help issues

1) Clicking Help or pressing F1 in dialogs/property sheets does not bring up the help topic for that dialog/page.

2) The help indicates that projects have a .zwp extension but it looks like they're really .zpi.

None of the Zeus dialogs of panels offer context sensitive help and until time is found to fully re-write the Zeus help, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about this

FYI, the original Zeus WinHelp version did provided context sensitive help, but when the help was upgraded to the newer Microsoft HtmlHelp, the older method for providing context sensitive help was no longer supported by HtmlHelp and hence it no longer worked

This is easy enough to fix

I will update the help to match the new project/workspace structure.
