A new bug in 3.96o I've seen - find forward works as expected, but find backwards (i.e. Up) will find the first one and then get stuck, probably finding the same string each time.

Since adding support for the search/replace of \n effectively meant re-writing the search engine, I am sure there are lots more find and replace bugs remaining to be found 
So if you find a search/replace bug, to better illustrate the bug, please post a short example of the text being search/replaced and the search/replace strings used.
