Nothing Happens When I Attempt to Run "Agent SVN Configuration"

On Windows 7 Professional, I ran the 'setup' installer and then attempted to run the "Agent SVN Configuration". Nothing happens with I double-click on the shortcut under the "Agent SVN" programs folder.
I didn't find anything in the forum about this. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Thanks,
Jonathan

The default installer would have put the software here:
And in that folder it installs this file:
So make sure that file exists.
Try running that file from explorer.
Try running that file from the command prompt.

The file is there. I tried all of your recommendations. I get a brief "hourglass" (spinning circle, etc.) then nothing. As if it were attempting to run but not actually providing any kind of dialog box or window. There are no messages at the command prompt if I attempt to run it from a command shell.

As I have never come across this issue myself and you are the first to report this problem, I'm really not sure why that software is not starting for you.
My only other guess is some sort of antivirus software or a local security setting is stopping the code from running.
Sorry I can't be of more help

A recent user reported that Bitdefender identified Zeus as malware and stopped if from running.
So if you are running Bitdefender then it too could be causing this problem of Agent SVN also not starting.
