Hi BD,
But you might have noticed the Zeus site has no SPAM.
The reason is the Zeus forum has some specific PHP changes designed specifically to target the posting of SPAM.
The good news is those changes do a good job of stopping the SPAM, the bad news is sometimes it also makes mistakes
But the other good news is now that you have managed to post a message and that post has passed human inspection the SPAM detection will never check your posts again
Nothing more than the effort that such a task would involve.
After 15+ years of development, the Zeus code base is now rather large. Zeus is coded in pure Win32 using C++ and as such, to get it to run on Linux would be a fairly major re-write.
Given the time again, the better decision would have been to write Zeus using something like wxWidgets as that would have meant porting it to Linux would have been a breeze.
While on the topic of Linux, are there any issues with the way Zeus runs on Linux under Wine
Last time I tried this I was impressed by how far Wine had progressed as in my short hour of testing I couldn't find any major issues.

wxWidgets sounds good
So the hard thing it could e a waste of time.
