default document type

hi,
I only ever use the 'sql' document template. is it possible to make this the default document type.

Hi Alan,
You can do that, but I think a better solution is as follows:
- Select the Options, Document type menu
- Edit each document type item in turn (ie just double click on an item) and untick the Display this file type in the file open types list, leaving the the SQL type ticked.
- In the General section of the Options, Editor Options menu set the Default file new file extension to sql
