Code paste

I am using Zeus 3.94a, with word wrap turned on. Right now, if I attempt to paste a 10-line block of code into a 2-line space on a Zeus page, it will make a jumbled mess of it. The code gets pasted, but everything gets shoved into a visually disorganized form.

How can I get Zeus to behave in the same manner as other editors, i.e., when I paste a block of code into a small space, the editor automatically moves the following text down to accommodate the new code?

Hi Robert,
How can I get Zeus to behave in the same manner as other editors?
When it comes to text copy and paste Zeus has several modes of operation and depending on which mode is used determines how the text is gets reinserted into the document.

Below are some more detail about these different marking modes that Zeus has to offer:

What I suspect has happened in this case is you have selected a marked area using column marking mode. So when the data is pasted back into the document it is inserted as new columns (i.e. the paste does not insert new lines and just inserts the data as new columns).

But if you use a line or block marking method then the paste will insert new lines when you do the paste.

Cheers Jussi
