sometimes the spell checker stops on a word that is immediately preceded or followed by a quote mark or an apostrophe but is otherwise ok.

sometimes it doesn't.

if it stops, the word and the punctuation mark are show in the "Word not in dictionary:" box.

some examples that i have seen are
"primary
units'

i haven't been able to figure out what the circumstances are that cause it to stop or not to stop.

Hi Omer,

I created a new text file and found that this spells correctly:

"primary"

but this does not:

"primary

So this definitely looks like a bug

For the other case this will spell correctly:

units'

provided the ' is defined as a delimiter character of the document type.
