I am glad you find Zeus a useful editor
A guess the simple features I miss the most are when editing. Things like:
The good thing about Zeus is that you can easily re-configure the keyboard to work exactly the way you want by just doing the following:
^A for Select All Text in the Document
Rebind the
MarkSelectAll keyboard function to ^A key combination.
^HOME to go to the top of the page
Rebind the
MovePageStart keyboard function to ^HOME key combination.
^END to go to the END of the page.
Rebind the
MovePageEnd keyboard function to the ^END key combination.
^X for Cutting selected text.
Rebind the
MarkCopy or
MarkCopyEx keyboard functions to the ^X key combination.
For more information on the
MarkSelectAll,
MovePageStart,
MovePageEnd,
MarkCopy or
MarkCopyEx keyboard functions just copy this text into Zeus, place the cursor on any of these functions and use the
Help, Quick Help menu to bring up a description for the function under the cursor.

Just as a side note, Zeus comes pre-configured with
Simple,
Brief,
BriefEx,
Emacs,
Epsilon,
MSVC and
Wordstar keyboard bindings. I personally prefer the
BriefEx keymap, but irrespective of which keymap you prefer, I highly recommend taking a look at the Zeus keyboard functions as defined in the online help.
It is very easy to improve the functionality of the editor with just a few simple keyboard mappings, using the many built-in keyboard functions.
Oh, and another Thank You for this Forum. phpBB is a great piece of software.

One of the complexities of using Zeus is the fact that it is highly configurable, which can make it seem overly complex. This forum does make possible to help user configure Zeus to work exactly the way they want it to work
