Is there "Indent many lines" and "Outdent man

In Quick Test Professional, if one highlights one or more lines and then presses either the TAB key or Shift-Tab, all the lines act as one. They will be shifted in or out, keeping their current indentation.

Is there anything in Zeus that does that? If so how? If not, that would be a great enhancement.

Thank you.

Zeus does already have this feature ;)

The only thing you have to do is make sure you have marked the lines in line or block mode (i.e. use the Edit, Text Marking, Toggle Block Marking menu).

This functionality is done by the TabSmart and TabBackSmart keyboard functions that by default are mapped to the Tab and Shift Tab keys.

I've been using ZeusLite as we haven't gotten permission to purchase the standard product (and I don't know that we will be allowed). In any event, it seems that using ZeusLite makes a difference because I don't see the menu choice of which you spoke. When using Lite, pressing the Tab key when a block of text is selected, deletes the text.

As you have found out, the ZeusLite version does not have all the features of the full version.

But ZeusLite is scriptable so it should be possible for you to write a script to implements these features :)

PS: There are lots of scripting examples in the zScript folder.
