Which files should be backed up to preserve user configuration changes in case Zeus should have to be loaded from CD in the future?
Thanks

Generally you only need to save the
zConfig folder and if you have created any script then possible the
zScript folder as well.
This is a fairly straight for process on
Windows XP and lower but you will need to take a little extra care when dealing with
Vista or Windows 7.
Basically to move your the Zeus install from one machine to another, all you need to do is run the Zeus installer on the new machine and then copy over the
zConfig folder.

zeus 3.97o does not have a zconfig folder so how would I export my config from an older version on another PC?

In modern versions of Windows the zConfig was forced to move.
