How do I get rid of the large list of default macros that I have no particular interest in?

All macros are defined in one of two places:

1. Options, Default Document Type menu and change to the macros panel
2. Options, Document Types menu, edit a particular document type and change to the macros panel

NOTE: All the items added to the default document will appear in all other documents. The same logic also applies to the Tool items.
