Zeus IDE

If you have a number of windows open, one or more of them unwritten, then do a close Zeus or exit on Zeus, then when the file modification save dialog comes up do a cancle then you are left with some windows open.

Doing a close zeus now only saves the state of those windows open and not all the windows you started with in the first place. So you are loosing the full state of Zeus.

This is indeed a limitation of the current closing logic
