Multiple tab bars?

Post by jmangasarian2 »

Is there a way to have multiple tab bars and drag open files between them?

I'm sorry but I don't understand the question :?

The tab bar is used to hold all currently open documents, so I am not exactly sure what having multiple tab bars would signify :?:

Like the way you can split a window, I would like to split the whole edit space, and have two tab bars. either side by side, or one at the top, and another half way down the screen. There would be two seperate tab bars, and one could drag files between them.

This would allow one to view two files at once without having to switch to a set of cascaded windows that you need to manage by yourself.

Unfortunately there is no way to do this in Zeus :(

As you correctly point out, Zeus will not let you open the same document more than once.

The only work around is to start up a second instances of Zeus using the -s command line option:

Code: Select all

zeus.exe -s
