Docking dynamic windows

It would be much nicer if the dynamic windows (compiler output, debug output, ?) were in another tabbed, dockable pane instead of being treated as document windows.
i know its a late reply to this post but "hear hear"
All output windows (debug, compiler, search, function generation lists etc) should go to a dockable window. preferably down the bottom of the editor. with the ability to show and hide it via a keyboard shortcut.
