Fold All

Is there a key to fold all logical code segments?

The View, Folding menu has options to open, close and toogle all fold segments.

These menus items map to the FoldingOpenAll, FoldingCloseAll and FoldingToggleAll keybaord functions so it is also possible to map these to the functions to any keyboard key combination that takes your fancy :)
