vertical tile windows icon on toolbar shows wrong graphic

When the toolbar is configured to show the vertical tile windows button, it shows the tile horizontal windows graphic (gets confusing if you have both on the toolbar)
This bug has been around for ages (<3.96) but i only just remembered it. a simple one to fix this time
