Brief like search for macros

Brief macros were clean and would work with features like search and replace. Zeus'es macros will not work with search and replace properly requiring user intevention.
This feature is very useful for complicated large edits.

A different set of search functions could be provided that work with macros so not to distrurb the existing system.
I would/WILL PAY for these extra features,

As you correctly point out the Zeus macro playback does not handle search and replace as well as the original
Brief 
When I have more time, I will look into the possibility of doing as you suggest and implement a second set of search and replace function to be used during macro playback, in the hope that these might better emulate the original
Brief behaviour

All effort will be made to add this feature, so with some luck it will be available in the next Zeus patch
NOTE: Zeus patches are released ever few months.

This feature has now been added to Zeus
