updating to v3.94a using old zconfig directory

I loaded v3.94a with no problem. I can open and edit with the default configuration. However, when I copy the old zscript and zconfig directories to the v3.94a directory, I cannot open Zeus. The window
flashes and then closes.
Since I have added a number of keywords and macros to the configuration I'm not very interested in having to reenter them and recreate the configuration as I had it.

Can you tell me when and where you downloaded the 3.94a version
The very first 3.94a release had a problem with the build process and unfortunately this was not detected until some two hours later
The symptoms you describe match those of this broken build so I suspect you might have this broken release
If you are having problems with the Zeus 3.94a shareware version, just repeat the download and this should hopefully fix the problem
Just delete the broken 3.94a directory, repeat the install and copy over the original 3.93 zConfig details.
If you are a registered Zeus user, send you name and RegNet transaction number to
sales at zeusedit dot com and a replacement zip file will be arranged.

Just to add to this, all registered Zeus 3.94a users should received the ze32r394a.zip file from RegNet.
If instead you received the ze32r394.zip file then you will need to use the contact details from the previous posting to organize a replacement zip file.

I think this might be related.
I have found that using a pattern for syntax highlighting on the Keywords tab of the Document type properties Dialog box causes the editor to close. Removing the pattern and the editor works great.
For example is the $* pattern on the Perl document type.
I have loaded the 'ze32r394a.zip' update.
