Debug: Command: C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c C:\OpenCobol\Again this is the wrong command line and can't possibly work. That command line doesn't even contain the TinyCOBOL compiler executable.
All I can suggest is following exactly, all the steps found in the tutorial: http://www.zeusedit.com/zforum/viewtopic.php?t=7175
I know these steps work because, at the time they were written, the end result was a test.exe as created by the TinyCOBOL compiler.
