How come when I split the screen (F3), and then unsplit it (F3 again or F4) all my bookmarks are erased? Or at least when I'm in the bottom window I notice this happening. It's all the same file.

As far as I can tell the books marks work just fine in split screen mode

If I do this:

1. Open a file
2. Move to the bottom of the file
3. Split the screen move
4. To the top of the files
5. Bring up the bookmark dialog
6. select the bookmark and hit the Goto button

Zeus moves to the bookmark as expected.

In split mode by design the line numbers are hidden, so as such the bookmark and folding indicators are also hidden, but as far as I can tell the bookmark still work.

And when you unsplit the screen the bookmark indicators are returned

Well, this is a problem that's been in Zeus from the beginning. I'll have to try it with 3.96b, however, since I couldn't get the bookmarks to set, I wouldn't've been able to check this. I'll try to remember to catch it the next time I give 3.96 a spin.
