As I am having old Agent SVN version 2.62 which is not supporting to any applications ,I need a updated (2.63) agent SVN(need to upgrade svn).

The latest Agent SVN is the 2.65 version.
So you first need to try the latest Agent SVN 2.65 version and make sure it works with your IDE.
You can download that 45 day trial version from this page: http://www.zeusedit.com/agent/download.html
If you find that version works with your IDE (which it should) next send through your previous registration details to sale at zeusedit.com e-mail address.
You will then be sent an upgrade coupon which will let you upgrade to that latest version at a discounted price.
