Can't cut and paste registration number

I recently had to reload Windows on my computer. I reinstalled Zeus (ver. 3.97i). However, I can't cut and paste my registration number into the Zeus popup window. I can cut and paste the number just fine into other apps (e.g., Notepad, Word, etc.). I also tried to manually type in the number in the Zeus window. That didn't work either. I am running Windows-64, 8.1 basic. Any suggestions? Thanks, Paul

With the help of Paul, it turns out this issue was caused by the Webroot security software, as it was blocking the paste operation.

With that that software disabled the paste operation worked as expected.
