change hot key for debug regular expressions

On find/replace dialog, the option "Debug regular expressions" has the same hot key as the Replace button (alt-r), which slows down scrolling through a file when doing a selective replace, as focus swaps between the debug checkbox and the replace button.

I'll change the regexp debug hot key for 'r' to 'b'.
