With the Windows Vista and onward the Shirt+Tab would no longer activate the file details, but rather the header details portion of the file view.
Fortunately it is still possible to get to the file details section of the list view by just adding a second Shirt+Tab key press, thus allowing the dialog to be easily worked without requiring the use of the mouse
