I had Ctrl-Z assigned to Undo.
This worked great! I found at the end of the exported key mapping these two lines:
[KeyPrefix#2]
Prefix=Ctrl+Z
I.e., these lines were created after I used Ctrl-Z as a prefix but weren't deleted after I got rid all Ctrl-Z prefix assignments. -- might be a handy thing ...
