I opened configuration detail and checked the debug log (fourth checkbox)and then apply -> close. Reopened the configuration details, gave the https: protocol path for repository and other details and clicked on Apply. I got the pop one I mentioned in above link. I ...

I am using visual studio 2010, Visual SVN Server, Tortoise SVN, WinMerge, AgentSVN 227

I installed 226 version and installed 227 but no progress :( Please see attached image URL so that you can get better idea on error.
