Did you plan to add a true "Find in file" tool ?
It will be very helpfull to be able to find expression in the project directory.

Currently Zeus ask in what file it need to look.

Yes it will be very fine if we can have a checkbox or something like that in one of the configurations menu to tell Zeus to automatically add new files to the project.
