Using the Import Wizard

Can not find the Import Wizard

I add a few file for trial

svn: warning: 'IS_BeamProjectionClass.h' is not a working copy

this file is in the SVN server , why it still complains
the tree structure need match? how?

I create a new project, and would to bind the project to the server.
