Tried an install of 64 bit 3.98z and latest 3.99a Zeus on a 64 bit Win 8.1 machine and in both cases the zCVS directory and the zcvs.dll file are missing. I have an older VM with a 32 bit version of Zeus installed and I see a zCVS directory there. Is cvs support only for 32 bit installs ?

I did a quick back to back test with the lastest beta vs the previous one you sent out. Previous ones times were around 4.15 seconds and the latest one was about 3.30 seconds, so a noticeable improvement.

Well that was short lived, from yesterday to today the window focus switch time has jumped from 3.5 seconds to 35 seconds on the same Workspace. To my knowledge the network is unchanged, and after making a few edits last night I left Zeus running overnight.

I reverted back to my previous version (3.97w) and there are no hangs on switching windows. When I recently upgraded I followed the instructions and applied the zConfig files from 3.97w over the top of 3.98f. Could it be that given the disparity in versions that just doesn't work properly ?

I had previously disabled tagging as it was making things worse, but I went back and enabled it and rebuilt the tags db.
